Vision
A world where being queer raises no eyebrows, coming out is unnecessary, and every queer person lives with joy, not fear. Queer Nilayam strives to break barriers, create opportunities, and build a resilient community that thrives on empathy, equality, and empowerment.
Mission
Queer Nilayam fosters safe, inclusive spaces where queer individuals find community, support, and chosen family. We aim to establish physical queer spaces across India and collaborate with corporations, NGOs, and individuals to ensure access to resources and opportunities. We promote awareness of diverse sexualities, gender identities, and intersex differences while providing a platform for queer expression and advocacy.

We uphold individuality, intersectionality, inclusivity, empathy, equality, joy, collaboration, empowerment, and continuous learning. We stand against sexism, homophobia, transphobia, casteism, ableism, and all forms of discrimination, ensuring that all individuals, regardless of SOGIESC, can live with dignity and without fear.
